Challenge Week 4: Build visible proof clients trust
We’ve reached the final week of our LinkedIn challenge!
Here’s what you’ve accomplished so far:
- You learned to spot opportunity signals
- You crafted mini-case studies to showcase your work
- You practiced proactive outreach to hidden jobs
Now, let’s lock in trust. Because profiles that show endorsements, testimonials, or recommendations instantly stand out.
Challenge 4: Strengthen Social Proof
If asking for a testimonial feels awkward, flip it: offer one first. Endorse a past client, praise a collaborator, or leave a kind note for someone you’ve worked with. Often, they’ll return the favor, or at the very least, you’ll strengthen the relationship.
Action: Reach out to one person today (a client, colleague, or collaborator) and either (1) request a short testimonial or endorsement, or (2) offer one yourself.
When your profile shows credible, third-party proof, you’re not just saying you’re good, you’re showing it.
Thanks for joining this month’s challenge!
If you took action every week, remember to take the time to celebrate. Those small steps will increase your chances of getting new clients.
All the best.
