Challenge Week 2: Use tiny wins to show big value on LinkedIn

'This week's challenge to help you hone your writing skills, so you can get well-paying freelance writing work from across the web.'

Welcome back to Week 2 of our LinkedIn challenge!

Last week, you trained your eye to spot client signals, those hidden clues that people or companies might need your help. This week, we’re focusing on making sure that when they check you out, they see clear, compelling proof of what you can do.

Challenge 2: Craft Micro-Case Studies

You don’t need a long client list to show value. Even small wins (which could be a well-performing blog post, a volunteer project, or a personal success) can become mini case studies that highlight:

  • What problem you solved
  • How you approached it
  • What result you got

Action: Choose one past win and write 3–5 sentences telling its story. Post it on LinkedIn or add it to your Featured or About section.

This makes your profile way more than a résumé. It turns it into proof that you deliver.

Next week: We’ll uncover how to find freelance jobs that aren’t even posted and how to pitch into them before anyone else does.

All the best.
